Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

Servings 4 meals

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lbs. baby red potatoes quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with basil, oregano, rosemary, S&P.

  2. Add all ingredients to freezer bag.  Freeze.

  3. To cook: Thaw overnight.  Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
